Description: In 2002, the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) called upon the entire Navy to find ways to become more efficient and effective. To meet these objectives, the NAVSEA Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle, using a web-based, e-business procurement Portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence and reduce cycle time.

For use by: In October 2004, the Virtual SYSCOM Commanders formalized an agreement to expand the ordering community of Seaport-e to include all Virtual SYSCOM activities, to include Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, and Naval Supply Systems Command. Other Navy activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps can also use SeaPort Enhanced. Additionally, activities may provide limited support under this contract to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or Joint agencies for work that is integrally related to product areas and mission.

Hybrid Information Technology Support Services (HITSS) IDIQ

Status: Twin-Soft is a member of Pragmatics’ team under the Department of State (HITSS) IDIQ contract that provides: HITSS is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle. It is the State Department’s key source of small business Information Technology (IT) related services worldwide.

Description: The purpose of HITSS contract is to meet the State Department’s needs for world class information technology support services and solutions at a reasonable price. Working in partnership with the prime contractors, the State Department manages the contracts to support the department’s IT needs. Through the use of the HITSS vehicle, under the small business lot, users have a flexible means of meeting IT Service needs quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively.
